Account Registration and Purchase of Ticket

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account online and/ or purchase a ticket.

If you prefer to use the name of your child below 18 years of age on the ticket, you are required to present your original passport or resident ID, your child’s original passport or resident ID, and proof of legal relationship at the time of purchase online, or are not permitted to purchase a ticket if you are:

• A business partner, director or employee of the Operator involved in the Big Raffle Programs;
• A specified employee of any of the Operator’s key consultants, contractors or subcontractors;
• An immediate family member of those mentioned in Section 1.6(a) and 1.6(b);create a main account online on the Website using your own personal information before adding a sub-account using your child’s information.

You must not use the name of anyone else on the ticket, other than your child as permitted in Section 1.2. If you do, the Operator reserves the right to take whatever action it considers appropriate, including irrevocable forfeiture of any prize.

You are only allowed to register and operate one online account.

You can only register an account and/ or purchase a ticket if you are not prohibited or restricted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence or jurisdiction in which you are located. The ability to register an account and purchase a ticket does not constitute an offer or invitation by the Operator for persons to create an account or purchase a ticket in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited or restricted.

In addition to the other requirements and restrictions described in these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to purchase a ticket if you are:

• a business partner, director or employee of the Operator involved in the Big Raffle Programs;
• a specified employee of any of the Operator’s key consultants, contractors or sub-contractors;
• an immediate family member of those mentioned in Section 1.6(a) and 1.6(b);
• a resident of a sanctioned country (Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and Syria), as determined by the Operator; or
• on a global list of high risk (including, without limitation, money launderer, terrorist, and criminal offender) or sanctioned individuals.

The Operator reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse you from opening an account and/ or purchasing a ticket without giving a reason.

If the Operator subsequently discovers that you were not or are no longer eligible to open, hold and use an account, the Operator reserves the right to take all appropriate steps in relation to you and your account, including, without limitation, closing your account in accordance with Section 4.

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully before completing any ticket order or purchase. All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be given under any circumstances, unless otherwise specifically stated.

A ticket which is incomplete, without all the required information, incomprehensible, incorrectly submitted, or received after the deadline for receiving entries has passed or which are not received by the Operator, will be disqualified from entering the draw.

A ticket is only valid for the draw series stated on the ticket and is not transferable to another draw series.

Account Usage and Legal Compliance

You may only use your account while physically located in a jurisdiction where such use is lawful. The Operator cannot offer legal advice regarding account usage and does not guarantee legality in any jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is accurate and kept up to date.

Password Security

Keeping your password secure is essential. Follow these guidelines:

• Memorize your password and refrain from sharing it with anyone.
• Avoid writing down your password or storing it in a manner accessible to others.
• Dispose of any communications regarding your password immediately after reading.
• Choose a password that is not easily guessed.
• Notify the Operator immediately if unauthorized account access or password compromise is suspected.

Password Recovery, If you forget your password, you can initiate a password reset through the instructions provided on the Website's account login page.

Play Limits

A maximum monthly spend limit of AED 10,000 (“Maximum Limit”) is automatically set on your account. You can set your own monthly spend limit, not exceeding the Maximum Limit, through the “My Account” section of your account.

Unauthorized Use of Payment Card

Using payment methods owned by third parties to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered under your name should be utilized. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment cards will lead to immediate disqualification from the draw and forfeiture of the prize without the possibility of appeal.

Draw and Announcement of Results

Draw Frequency:

• BRM: Monthly draw held once a month or Whenever pool is filled by 2500 tickets.
• BRW: Weekly draw held every Sunday at 7 PM.

Prizes:

• - First Prize: USD 200,000
• - Second Prize: USD 5,000
• - Third Prize: USD 1,000 for each of the 5 winners

• - First Prize: USD 20,000
• - Second Prize: USD 3,000
• - Third Prize: USD 500 for each of the 5 winners

Entry Ticket Costs:

• - BRM: AED 500 per ticket
• - BRW: AED 300 per ticket

Total Entry per Pool:

• - BRM: 2,500 tickets per pool
• - BRW: AED 600 tickets per pool

Draw Dates:

• - BRM: Monthly draw occurs on the first Sunday of every month at 7 PM.
• - BRW: Weekly draw occurs every Sunday at 7 PM.

Prize Claiming Procedure:

Upon winning in a draw, recipients can anticipate receiving their prize money during the subsequent draw, which occurs two draws later. This procedure is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein and are subject to changes.

Your Information:

By participating in Big Raffle Programs, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data by the Operator, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your ticket information must remain unaltered and accurate. Any modification or tampering may result in ticket invalidation. You are responsible for providing genuine and up-to-date information during registration.

Winners may be required to publicly disclose personal data, including name and nationality, at the Operator's discretion. Participation in publicity activities may be requested, refusal of which could result in prize forfeiture.

The Operator reserves the right to disclose your personal information to government agencies if necessary.

Return and Refund Policy:

Refunds are applicable before the draw occurs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the same account used for the purchase.

No refunds will be issued for expired tickets after the draw has been completed.

Limitation of Liability:

The Operator shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from:

• Unforeseen events beyond reasonable control (e.g., epidemic, war, strike, natural disasters).
• Draw delays, postponements, or cancellations.
• Failure, damage, or destruction of computer systems or records.
• Mistakes originating from computer systems or records.
• Postal or delivery service errors or banking/payment system delays.
• Any action hindering the issuance of a valid entry (e.g., website display issues).
• Refusal to sell a ticket or allow entry to a draw.
• Losses due to misuse of passwords or failure to update personal details.
• Equipment malfunction or technology failure.

The Operator is not liable for any violations of local laws in your jurisdiction.

The Operator may not provide the prize if prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

This does not affect liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful default.

General:

The Operator oversees the operation of the Website and draws.

The Operator holds the intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, for all services and content on the Website. No rights to intellectual property are granted to users.

Participation in the Big Raffle Program implies eligibility to participate and receive prizes. The Operator cannot be held liable for legal challenges arising from participation, and users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse or reclaim prizes in cases of non-entitlement, breach of terms, or fraudulent activity.

The Operator may modify these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, competitions, promotional offers, and other rules, with changes taking effect upon publication. Users will be bound by the changes upon next access or acceptance after the effective date.

In case of conflicts between terms or rules, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Users cannot assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. The Operator may do so at its discretion.

Except for assignments by the Operator, third parties have no rights to enforce these Terms and Conditions.

Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the International Gaming Policy.
